  • Event Agenda
  • What is Question Time?

Our advisory board sometimes poses specific questions will will be presneted to the panel of speakers.  These questions are  put on the agenda so that our speakers can prepare a response.

The question does not relate to a specific talk, but does relate to either the meeting in general or a specific session in the meeting.

Further questions and discussion are encouraged at this point

  • The speaker that I came to see was not at their session?

It is unfortunate that occasionally a speaker cannot attend, most usually due to not getting visas granted, unforseen personal events or illness.  Whilst we do everything possible to ensure that our speakers are present at the event we apologise in advance if you were at a session where a speaker could not attend.  We always try to keep our agendas as up to date as possible, however if a speaker cancels the night before an event or on the day,  there is little we can do to rectify this.

  • I need to change the details of my talk

If you need to make changes to your talk, please contact Andrew Jones
andrew.jones [@] euroscicononline.org up to two weeks before the event

    From Heathrow, it's pretty easy,

    4. Alight at North Greenwich.
    5. As you reach the surface, at the top of the escalators,
    6. Do a 180 degree turn, exit the station and follow the path to the massive dome (as a guide, on your left, there should be pictures of pop stars through the decades).
    7. Go into the building, past starbucks, staying to the right.
    8. After c. 100 yards/metres, turn left up the long sets of stairs or escalator, towards the cinema
    9. Go through the doors, turn sharp right, and go up the escalator to the Euroscicon reception.
